Working hours: 5 days/week - 7 hours/day, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
What you will do
1. ASO & Market Analysis
Research and analyze mobile app market trends on Google Play and the App Store.
Optimize product visibility and conversion rate (CVR) through ASO (App Store Optimization).
2. User Acquisition – Reaching Global Users:
Plan and execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns for Mobile Apps and Websites via various channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Unity, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), GDN, Native Ads, etc.
Optimize advertising performance across platforms (App & Web), focusing on key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
Analyze user behavior and data to develop effective UA strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data, Design...) and external partners to maximize campaign performance.
What you will need
At least 6 months of experience in running advertising campaigns for Mobile Apps or Websites.
Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), TikTok, etc.
Passionate about and committed to long-term development in multi-platform Performance Marketing (App & Web).
Strong logical thinking, ability to interpret and analyze user data, and measure campaign effectiveness.
A “fighter” mindset — goal-driven, persistent, and always ready to experiment and optimize.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other Web/App tracking tools is a plus.
Ability to communicate and work with international partners in English is a significant advantage.
